Usage Instructions

1. Clean the surface: Thoroughly remove rust, dust, oil, and other contaminants from the surface to be bonded or sealed. A clean surface ensures proper adhesion of the sealant.
2. Apply the glue: Apply the 9661 RTV silicone potting sealant onto the cleaned surface. The application amount should be appropriate to ensure sufficient coverage.
3. Curing process: After applying the sealant, place the coated component in the air. At room temperature (25±2℃) and 55% relative humidity, the sealant will start to cure. It can cure to a depth of 2 - 4mm. For complete curing, it is recommended to allow it to cure for 7 days under standard conditions (25±2℃, 60±5%RH) to achieve optimal performance.

Storage

• Keep the product out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or contact.

• In case of contact with skin, wipe off the sealant immediately and then flush the area with clean water.
• If the sealant comes into contact with eyes, flush the eyes with clear water immediately and seek medical attention promptly.
• Store the product in dry and shady places at a temperature of 8 - 28℃.
• The shelf life of the product is 6 months from the date of production, provided it is stored under the recommended conditions.
